Envii Feed & Fortify is a unique product that combines the benefits of Diatomaceous Earth (DE) as a physical barrier to protect against slugs & snails with the inclusion of iron silicates, which slowly release into the soil to aid the uptake of nutrients. DE is normally supplied in a light grey powder which is difficult to spread because of bottles clogging and it can also look very unsightly on plants.
Feed & Fortify is red/orange in colour so it blends with the soil and is granular so can be accurately dispensed, even through an empty washing up liquid bottle. Being granular makes it much more resilient to water and also means it holds its position better. This means that it will last longer than traditional powders which are easily washed away after rain. Iron silicates are widely recognised as an excellent fertility improver for soils as they aid the plant's ability to take up nutrients which in turn help growth.
