Susino ANGELENO: varieties originating in the Far East, it has larger fruits than the classic plum that are characterized by the purple-blackish skin. Straw yellow pulp is sweet and extremely tasty.
Maturation: This variety is characterized by late ripening, which occurs in the first half of September.
CLIMATE: Like all Chino-Japanese plums have an early flowering than European varieties and is therefore less tolerant to the cold. Fears excessive moisture as it is prone to fungal diseases.
Terriccium – adapts well to any type of soil and is very resistant to radical asphyxia.
Irrigation: water the plant regularly, but absolutely avoid water stagnation. Plum suffers particularly from the possible salinity of irrigation water.
