Trek Sensitive Insect Repellent is designed to be effective against insect bites. A non toxic, long lasting and non sticky spray.This product used to be called Repel Sensitive. Trek Sensitive Insect Repellent has been designed to be an effective biting insect repellent, which is gentle on the skin and without the downsides of some other repellents such as being harmful to plastics etc. This double-strength formulation (20% Saltidin) is as effective as 50% DEET and will provide good protection faced with the greatest of biting insect attacks. Many people find it more pleasant to use than DEET as it is odourless with a light, clean feel. A single application can protect the skin for up to 8 hours against mosquitoes and other flying insects. It is also effective against ticks, although in this instance it should be reapplied every 2.5 hours.
