In a salad sprouter or a large jar covered with muslin or with holes in the lid.
For sprouting use 1 table spoon of seed in special sprouter or jam jar covered in muslin. Rinse well twice a day. Temperature should be between 15-21°C and they can be harvested after 3-4 days.
