Pink flower seeds; silver bells, Australian earth flower, timeless rose, mangle forever - Pink Sunray (Helipterum Manglesii) is an annual plant that is ideal for dried bouquets.
The attractive flowers look like they are made of delicate paper. The flower heads consist of white or pink ray flowers and yellow disc flowers in the middle.
The flowers appear in large numbers from the middle of summer to the end. They would look good on borders along walls and paths. However, this type is mainly grown for dried bouquets and arrangements.
Pink sun rays or timeless roses, as this plant is also called, retain their beauty for a long time after drying.
After the last frosts in May, you can also transplant the previously prepared seedlings that you sowed in early April. Pink Sunray loves warm and sunny locations. It prefers light, well drained and moderately moist soils. It will thrive in poor and dry soils.
